I placed a small knot at the end of that section and used my nappy loc tool to continuously lock the hair anytime it came loose.(If Im not home and it came loose, I used my fingers and interlocked as weird as it may sound, that actually helped.) I also have a terrible habit of playing with it and I’m sure that contributed to the problem. I think the main thing is to keep it lock. You might want to get a nappy tool.
I had the same problem. I started my sisterlocks back in April 2011 and you wouldn't believe what i had to do to lock this bad boy...lol
