Reflecting on my Sisterlocks Journey

Recently I have been doing a lot of reflecting on my current Sisterlocks journey and different aspects of my life. And after much deliberation, I have decided to..... well, watch the video and see!

Ouch! Too Much Styling With My Sisterlocks

I have been styling my hair daily as part of the 29 Styles Challenge [HERE] and after 7 days, its really taking a toll on my hair. As much as I've been enjoying coming up with different styles these past few days, I feel like my hair hates me for it!

Right now, my scalp is really tender and pretty much for the past few days, in the middle of the day, the bobby pins or loc tie that I used to create my hairstyle start to cause me major pain; to the points its almost unbearable and I have to take down the style. In addition to the tender scalp, I am experiencing a lot of slippage and hairs creeping out of my Sisterlocks.
